We regard the Internet and further IT and network [?] systems (cyberspace) as a critical infrastructure for communications and as an important basis for the future of humanity. This makes threatening this critical infrastructure threatening our common future.
Our detailed demands:
- Governments must agree upon and put into action an international cyberpeace initiative.
- Peace studies and the development of peace preserving policies must be promoted on all levels.
